International Kingdom

As today's world becomes increasingly globalized,  the role of communication has increasingly become vital. It requires every individual to be able to compete and be competent in diverse spheres, one of which is language. It is undeniable that English is the most widely used international language today. International Kingdom is an international organization cooperating with language institutions and leaders in ASEAN and Europe. Afterward, its main purpose is to train the high-potential youth to be the ultimate leaders, and to reach the international stage through learning international languages.

International Kingdom is a pioneering organization dedicated to facilitating exchange programs worldwide. We aim to shape youths into great leaders and help them learn languages to facilitate them in their global networking endeavours. We support the potential of national human resources to create a more prosperous and competitive nation and allow youths to bring out their best potential. In brief, our program aims to broaden horizons and enable the acquisition of invaluable skills and knowledge that will shape personal and professional growth.

International Kingdom has cooperated with institutions and leaders in ASEAN and Europe such as Oxford International Study Centre (England), ES Dubai - English Studies Dubai (UAE), Language School (University Science Malaysia), IAE global network London (England), Intelex University of Malaya (Malaysia), Cambridge Regional College (England), Studio Cambridge (England), Brighton Language College International (England), etc. Above all, we believe that by immersing oneself in a different cultural environment, one can develop a profound appreciation for diversity.


Program Description

Oxford International Exchange Program focuses on intensive English Language learning and takes place at the renowned Oxford International Study Centre in Oxford, UK. Participants will have the chance to immerse themselves in new cultures,  fostering the development of their leadership and personal skills, all while gaining exposure to diverse educational systems. Living abroad is an integral part of this program, contributing to personal growth by boosting self-esteem and instilling the courage to embrace new challenges. A notable aspect of this program is the opportunity to experience life at Oxford University, a globally renowned institution celebrated for its excellence in academics, research, and exploration. Program activities encompass engaging discussions and idea exchanges on success strategies and potential further educational paths with fellow students from Oxford University.


Oxford International Study Centre is a private tutorial college and language school in the center of Oxford. It has a reputation for excellence in delivering a range of language, academic, and corporate training programs at all academic levels. OISC is located on St. Aldates, in the very center of Oxford, between Christ Church and the Town Hall. It houses 12 classrooms, as well as office space, common rooms, and private study areas.

OISC has a grade one inspection report of the Independent Schools Inspectorate, which is an approved educational oversight body authorized by the UKVI. OISC is also an accredited member of COBIS (the Council for British International Schools), a member of the European Council of International Schools, the European Association for International Education, and the Swiss Group of International Schools. The principal is a member of the Independent Educational Consultants and of the Society of Educational Consultants.

Therefore, this program presents an excellent chance to explore beautiful destinations, visit iconic architectural landmarks, connect with international peers, and, most importantly, acquire fresh perspectives and experiences to expand one's horizons.


Eligibility Criteria

  1. Age between 17-35 years old (National ID Holders)

  2. Understands basic English

  3. Currently studying/residing in Indonesia

  4. Has a healthy body and positive attitude

  5. Responsible, flexible, and ready to learn

  6. No criminal history

  7. Willing to cooperate and obey British etiquette/law


           *Beginners and advanced English language users are all welcome to join this program. Pre-tests will be conducted beforehand to adjust activities accordingly.


Things to Experience and Learn 

  1. Certified Intensive English Language learning with native speakers at Oxford International Study Centre.

  2. Living abroad with local residents (host families).

  3. Learn strong leadership skills and engage in activities with international youth, as well as explore various states in the United Kingdom.

  4. Experience life at Oxford University and participate in activities with students from world-renowned universities.

  5. Foster personal development, attitude adjustment, mindset, self-belief, and leadership skills while promoting self-improvement and a positive impact on the world.

  6. Gain valuable international opportunities and networks while learning about diverse cultures to further your knowledge for future work.

  7. Exposure to new cultures to develop both leadership and personal skills, and promote self-development


 

Cost of the Program

  1. Participants must make a payment of 3693 USD (all in).  

  2. Additionally, those who were not selected but still wish to participate in the program can pay the full program fee of 4,999 GBP (approximately 6,142 USD, depending on the exchange rate at the time of payment). 

           *Participants who were not selected must also arrange and pay for their own flight tickets.


The above expenses (for selected participants) include:

  1. Round-trip airfare from Jakarta to London.

  2. Orientation fees for students and parents.

  3. Tuition fees for the leadership and personal development program.

  4. Accommodation with host families in Oxford.

  5. Transportation to and from host families and the school.

  6. Two meals a day (breakfast and dinner).

  7. Leadership skills training with OISC and activities at Oxford University.

  8. Educational visits to locations specified in the activity schedule and transportation to London.

         *The above expenses do not cover: Passport and personal expenses during the program.



Main exchange activities in the United Kingdom: 

  1. Participants in the program will stay with carefully selected host families in a safe neighbourhood. Also, accommodations will be shared with 2-4 participants per family.

  2. Every morning from 9:15 AM to 12:30 PM, participants will attend classes at the Oxford International Study Centre.

  3. In the afternoons, starting at 1:30 p.m., participants will engage in educational excursions to various locations in Oxford. Additionally, there will be a special one-day tour to London.

  4. Visits to Magdalen College, Ashmolean Museum, and Christ Church.

  5. Attend seminars introducing the application process and insights into Oxford University.

  6. Meeting and discussion with students from Oxford University.

  7. Conclude the program with a certificate presentation ceremony at Oxford Town Hall to celebrate successful completion.

  1. Promotion & Submission : November 1st - 30th

  2. Selection : December 1st - 3rd

  3. Announcement : December 4th

  4. UK entry authorization Application & Ticketing : December 5th - February 10th

  5. Departure : February 11th

  6. Return : February 24th
